Sneak into the coolness of Ted Fay Fly Shop for another excellent evening of fly tying. While no formal instruction is offered, impromptu instruction arises and someone always walks away with a fly or two.
And while you’re in town, check out the Siskiyou Arts Association exhibit at the Siskiyou Art Museum. I mean, it’s only the 68th annual!
FLIES, FLIES, AND MORE FLIES
Come join us for our monthly fly-tying social. We had a couple youngsters last time who tied their first fly. We have a couple extra vises and tools if you don’t have any supplies. Dunsmuir Second Saturday has the Siskiyou Art Museum’s reception for Voices of the Land presented by the North Valley Art League. Live music at the Dunsmuir Brewery. Go, little town, go!!
Come join us for an evening of fly-tying and visiting with other anglers, visitors and locals. This weekend is also Dunsmuir Railroad Days so town should be happening. Live music throughout the weekend in town, including Mission Blue and Jason Dea West among others at Bee Kind Bakery Friday night. Saturday live music and vendors in town and at Black Butte Center for Railroad Culture. Soap Box Derby on Sunday!

For all you Women that have wanted to try fly-fishing but didn’t know where to start, this is a clinic for you! Taught by long-time local guide Wayne Eng who loves nothing more than teaching about fly-fishing, you are guaranteed to learn something new. This will be a great introductory course.
